Our 100% grass-fed Corriente beef is available seasonally from July 15th through October 15th. We are currently delivering to the Portland and Bend, Oregon areas, in addition to Spokane, Washington. We also have individual cuts available at our local grocery store, The Dollar Stretcher, Enterprise, Oregon.
When you purchase bulk beef, you are actually purchasing a portion of a live animal. Due to USDA regulations, this means that we are required to sell our beef by hanging weight. This is the total weight of the side of beef before it is cut into steaks, roasts and burgers. Because each animal is different, there is a range of weights. The weights listed on the order form are estimates to give you an idea of the total cost for your purchase.

We will contact you to confirm our supply for your order and answer any questions you may have.
Mail us a deposit equal to an estimated 50% of the total cost.
Valley Meat Services will contact you upon receipt of your beef for your cutting instructions. If you order a quarter, you won't have much flexibility for your cutting order because you will be sharing a half with another customer.
We will email you with the delivery location, date and final invoice amount.
